The Emotionally Intelligent Leader
Emotional Intelligence refers to one's ability to recognize their own emotions and the emotions of others. Emotions often influence not just our thinking, but also our behaviors. Individuals with a high emotional intelligence quotient have been found to have greater mental health, job performance and leadership skills. In this 6 session program, participants learn the basic elements of emotional intelligence, its influence on their leadership skills and how to use it as a navigational tool in areas such as: diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI); understanding and shifting paradigms; effective communication; coaching and mentoring employees; and developing team chemistry for collective success.
There is a minimum of 3 participants for this program. This can also be incorporated into private sessions at the regular private rate.
