Challenges are a great way to kick-start new desired behaviors. Each month I will begin the month with a 7 day challenge to get you thinking and moving. This months challenge is a Kindness Challenge. Here are 7 days worth of Kindness Challenges to get you going!
Day 1: Tell someone why you admire them. Day 2: Send a thank you note or email to a colleague. Day 3: Donate something today. Day 4: Call a family member "just because" Day 5: Let someone go ahead of you in line. Day 6: Buy a coffee or smoothie for a friend. Day 7: Pass along an article or video to a friend that could benefit from it.
