I’m sure many of you with children in primary school are very aware of the weekly spelling tests that often occur. For many children, this is a chance to learn how to correctly spell new words and get a nice big sticker on their paper at the end of the week. For other children, this is a way to be extremely frustrated and get a paper full of red marks. This week’s episode of A Child’s Life is designed to help parents help their children study.

Day 4: Call a family member "just because" Day 5: Let someone go ahead of you in line. Day 6: Buy a coffee or smoothie for a friend. Day 7: Pass along an article or video to a friend that could benefit from it.
A few months ago, I began a once a week feature where I highlighted a 'Book of the Week.' The goal of this was to encourage my community of parents and learners to do more reading.
